Once you submit an order, we begin preparing it for shipment. Orders are typically processed within a standard business schedule. Processing may take additional time during peak seasons, after major sales events, or for items that require special handling such as custom or oversized equipment. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and is ready to leave our facility.

We process orders on business days only. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding publicly observed holidays. Any order placed after our daily processing cutoff time, on a weekend, or on a holiday will be considered received on the next business day.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to addresses within the contiguous United States, as well as to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and military addresses (APO, FPO, DPO). At this time, we may not offer shipping to all international locations. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes for certain expedited delivery options. If you provide a P.O. Box address, we may need to contact you for an alternative address, which could delay your order.

Shipping Methods and Carriers

Oversized Items

Split Shipments

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

After a carrier marks your package as delivered, we consider the shipment complete. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed delivered to the address you provided. Incorrect Shipping Addresses

APO, FPO, and DPO Addresses

For military addresses, we ship using applicable postal services. Additional handling time and restrictions may apply. Please be aware that tracking may be limited once the package enters the military postal system.
